AEF Care Pack Session
Help brighten the day of a young person in hospital.

Spend two hours helping to make a difference for young people in hospital over the holiday period.

You will hear a short talk from the AEF team on the work your packs support, then get hands-on: sewing comfort hearts, writing a short letter, and packing up to ten care packs with skincare, haircare, candles, tea and everything in between!

Every pack goes to a young person in hospital, filled with comfort items and your handsewn heart so they know someone is thinking of them.

• A short talk from the AEF team on our work and the impact of your care packs

• Drinks + Snacks

• All materials to sew your own comfort hearts

• Everything to build and pack up to ten care packs each

• Delivery of every pack to a young person in hospital on your behalf

When and where: Friday 18 December, 8am to 5pm (two hour sessions, or full day options for AEF volunteers), Level 7, 1 Shelley Street, Sydney CBD
