Board members bring professional expertise and personal commitment to AEF’s mission. They work with the Chief Executive and Youth Advisory Committee on Endometriosis to ensure our decisions are responsible and connected to the experiences of young people living with endometriosis.
Our Board is responsible for AEF’s governance, strategy and long term sustainability.

Carly's background spans leadership, corporate governance, finance and the philanthropic sector, informed by her own lived experience of endometriosis.

WHAT THE BOARD DOES
The Board sets AEF’s strategic direction and monitors its progress, while overseeing financial stewardship, risk and compliance. The Board is also responsible for supporting and holding the Chief Executive accountable, and protecting AEF’s long-term sustainability.
