What to Pack

To assist with your packing for the retreat, we've put together a basic list of items. This list isn't exhaustive, so feel free to add anything else you might need. Keep in mind to pack light, as there will be plenty of goodies for you to bring back home!

Clothes

  • Pyjamas

  • Exercise Wear for Yoga

  • Bathers + Towel if you want to swim

  • 4x day casual outfits

  • 1x colourful outfit (preferably no patterns) for Empowerment Photoshoot - something smart casual/cocktail-y that you feel beautiful in!

Miscellaneous

  • Electronics + chargers

  • Toiletries

  • Medications

  • Any snacks you might want (we will also have lots of snacks and food!)

  • A new hardcopy of your favourite book to give to another attendee ♡ (please make sure you don’t forget this so no one is left out)
